I'm Laura, I'm from Brazil. I studied Product Design at Istituto Europeo di Design São Paulo. Since then, I have applied Design Thinking to all my projects (including personal ones) and started working with Service Design. Because of my passion for understanding people, I also became a UX Researcher, but I never stopped being a Service Designer. I have helped many tech and non-tech companies understand their users and build meaningful solutions.
